I like a good set of guidelines and carrying those standards through in all projects. It’s part of what has made me enjoy my opportunities of being an in-house designer. Guiding company stakeholders through a brand essence process for three companies has been some of my proudest work. From those meetings I developed brand standards for three companies and have worked daily to ensure that theses guidelines are followed. Below are snapshots of the guidelines I’ve developed that keep myself and our other creatives focused on the correct brand strategy. I will often lead new employees through our brand standards to help them understand the company more fully and I have given presentations to large groups of tasting room staff on how to keep their work with customers brand aligned.
